Anglo Continental School of English is one of the largest and oldest English Language Institutions in the UK. Founded in 1950, Anglo Continental has offered English language teaching to over 400,000 students over 67 years. Within this time period, Anglo Continental has welcomed students from over 120 different countries. 

First and foremost, Anglo Continental is a family run business and we pride ourselves on our friendly service and helpful staff. We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for learning, where students feel comfortable and are happy to express themselves whilst improving their English language skills. We aim to offer English courses for everyone, whether that be an 11 Year old beginner, a 40 year old trainee Pilot or an advanced business executive,  we have an extensive range of English courses available for all.

All our teachers are CELTA and/or TESOL qualified, which are both widely recognised English language teaching qualifications, Teachers are also expected to have a degree level qualification. With many of our experienced teachers and academic heads holding masters qualifications and specialist subject qualifications.
